To our Friends and Patients:
Beginning November 1, 2022 our office will be located on U.S. Hwy 271 North, Gilmer, Texas.
With our lease up for renewal and Dr. Smith's desire to continue independent traditional medical care based upon a direct physician to patient relationship; we are excited to invite you to share in our adventure.
With Dr. Smith's expertise in MOH's surgery, skin cancer treatment, and cancer screening, his practice over the years has largely focused on that aspect of Dermatology and will be even more so at the new location.
Once site construction is completed, further information with directions will be provided.

Remodeled Craftsman Home
Our new medical office will be located in a completely remodeled historic 2,800 square foot Craftsman home. The site is that of an old homestead Farm purchased by Dr. Thomas S. Ragland of Gilmer in 1898. We hope to share with you the tranquil serene surroundings that Dr. Smith has enjoyed for the past 23 years.
